Served On-Tap
A — Pours a slightly haze pale orange color into the glass with a foamy off-white colored head, settles, doesn't leave behind too much lacing, mostly inconsistent.
S — Smell is slightly sweet, notes of banana, lemon, clove, orange zest, and well, grapefruit, very subtle grapefruit notes of rind and flesh.
T — Subtly sweet and smooth, notes of typical Witbier, clove, allspice, lemon, slightly sweet malt base, some light grapefruit and citrus overtones, but nothing spectacular.
M — Medium bodied, crisp and clean finish.
O — Good overall, but a bit underwhelming, seems like it could have been amped up just a touch more.

On draft at McGinty's. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, cracked wheat, yeast and hay. Sweet wheat taste with grapefruit and some spices.

A very good representation of one of my favorite beer styles. Full, round mouthfeel of funky, yeasty, citrusy, bready flavors and aromas. Clean, zippy finish. I would definitely revisit again. Served from a growler.

Served in a snifter at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale orange color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Vanilla, apple, pear, spices, pilsner, toasted, bready, and pale malts.
Taste: Nice blend of flavors mentioned above. Chewy and bitterness in the rear too.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, a little chewy, slight bitterness, medium to high carbonation, and a little dry.
Overall: Pretty nice witbier. I'd revisit this again.

On tap at BC's Pizza & Beer
A: Pours golden yellow with a creamy egg white head that settles to a nice layer and laces well.
S: Spicy, some yeasty funk, bread wheat, and a little light citrus.
T: Spicy, plenty of wheat, yeasty funk, some fruity notes, kinda bready, with a little grapefruit zest.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty crisp.
O: Not what I was expecting. Too spicy and not enough grapefruit. Not undrinkable, but also not something I'd go out of my way to get.
