Sample @ Mills River. Lemon is prominent in aroma. Taste is more lemon over typical wheatwine. Light bourbon. Low bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, very good.

Just tried this while visiting new Sierra Nevada brewery in Asheville, NC. It really was one of the most interesting, smooth and tasty wheats I've had. You can taste the sour from the wine barrel but still is distinctly beer. I found it to be very refreshing and enjoyable. It's only available at the brewery but hopefully soon will be available to order.
