Bottle #153/465 consumed June 2019, looks like it was at bonerhog's house from the picture.
Pours a light amber color with 1/3" off white head, guessing the cherry addition changed up the head color. Aroma is unique, there is the note of bourbon barrel aging, but alongside that much wheat and cherry, that is different. Good, not just different for the sake of being so, enjoyed the aroma.
The taste as well was both good and unique. The relatively light body of the wheat seemed to amplify the absorption rate bourbon wise without a hot alcohol mouth feel. The cherry was of a lightly tart variety that also lightened up the mouth feel. Was surprised how much cherry was still in the taste.
There was no heavy spice rack witbier narrative being pushed here. Zero fact checkers masquerading. While I like the interplay of bourbon, wheat and cherry, a mouth feel that is smooth, easy, that is where the beer really excelled. They did good with this one, both thinking outside the box and execution.

Look - Golden with a slight rose tint. Medium cloudiness for a wit. Creamy white head with little to no lacing.
Smell - Oak. Oak. Oak. Mild alcohol. Some mild sweetness. Possibly some brett in there? Slight bourbon. I would be surprised if this was the first use of the barrel for aging, or it might just be from a young bourbon.
Taste - Dry oak. Searching for cherries... Extremely mild bourbon. Orange zest. Light lemon. Maybe coriander? Pretty bland.
Mouthfeel - Thin and dry. Coats slightly.
Overall - Not that impressed. I wouldn't mention the cherries and just call it "Dry Oak Wit". It definitely loses points judging wise for mentioning an adjunct that just doesn't show up to the party. The barrel aging also seems pedestrian, although I don't know what more bourbon-y goodness would add to this without being complimented by the cherries that weren't there.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Medium amber body with a small white head. Malty aroma accented by the cherries, undertones of the barrel aging. Barrels take more of a front seat in the taste, followed closely by the cherries. A bit tart for a strong ale.
