A: Lots of coriander/lemon upfront, followed by a light floral quality, coupled with a mild saltiness and light tartness.

A: Bright light yellow, slightly hazy with a small white head that has decent retention and effervescent. There is light lacing in the glass.

T: Lots of coriander/lemon, followed by a light herbal note from the rose hips. Lightly salty with mild tartness with a dry finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderately high carbonation. The yeast and wheat give the beer a little body, but is in no way heavy.

O: Tasty; the beer is effervescent and has a great lemon, floral aroma and flavor. The beer is well balanced and while the salt is noticeable it is light and couples well with the mild tartness.
