This classic English-style porter was named in honour of the north-flowing French Broad River that runs alongside our Mills River brewery and leads up toward Asheville, NC. Brewed in the traditional style, this porter has deep roasted malt character with hints of coffee, cocoa and rich toffee flavor.
Hops: Bramling Cross, German Magnum and Fuggle
Malts: Two-Row Pale, Marris Otter, Golden Promise, Munich, Wheat, Oats, Crystal, Carafa III and Chocolate.
