Brewed with over 150 pounds of raspberries per batch, this light, tart saison is bursting with fresh raspberry character. With undertones of white pepper and stonefruit, Rubotto is juicy, balanced, and as drinkable as can be.

A: Lots of raspberries, coupled with a clean, light tartness.
A: Bright pink, opaque, with a thin white head that quickly forms a thin film and fine ring around the glass.
T: Big and bright raspberry flavor, light spice, very zippy, with moderate tartness.
M: Medium bodied with moderately high carbonation and moderately juicy mouth-feel.
O: Excellent; the beer has a great zippy raspberry aroma and flavor, and a tartness that well complements the fruit, but has minimal saison character.
