Look is a nice opaque cranberry hue red and pours with a finger of pink head.
Aroma is wine grapes, wine barrel and a bit of earth.
Taste is interesting. It's big time wine barrels and wine grapes. It has a little bit of earth/funk and I mean maybe a hint.
Feel is clean, crisp and dry. Carb is also on the higher side.
Overall a really unique saison and I think it integrates the wine flavors very well. I think Sierra Nevada did this one really well.
Upon edit the abv listed on the bottle is 6.8% not the 8.4% that's listed here on this site.
