A: Light banana, rye spice and slightly sweet, with lots of rye bourbon presence.
A: Deep brown, almost opaque, with a very thin head that forms a ring around the glass.
T: Banana flavor, rich bready malts followed by light rye spice, vanilla and bourbon.
M: Full bodied with moderately light carbonation. The beer is very smooth and hides its alcoholic strength well.
O: Awesome; the beer has a great complexity of flavors that remind me almost of a bananas foster. Super enjoyable to drink!
