This is our Brut IPA, a new take on IPA brewed for a bone dry champagne-style finish. Late hop additions give the beer balanced bitterness and a bright pop of citrus flavor. It's as intriguing as it is drinkable.

Clear golden color. Small, white head. Grass and pine in the aroma. Dry with strong hoppy bitterness. Not bad, but not my favorite variation of IPA.

For being a "Brut" it had a sweetness to the finish. I was expecting a really dry bitterness on the finish. I really enjoyed the citrus/hop flavor, medium bodied this beer tasted almost like a summer ale. Very drinkable. 25 IBUs Rated 4-17-2019

Bottle from Albertsons. Here's Sierra Nevada hopping on yet another crazed, this time the Brut ipas. Pours a very pale golden with a small skin of white head. Aroma is fruity, grapes. Taste brings a little bit of sweetness, and a very sharp pronounced bitterness. Overall, very light in body and palate. This improved over time, as it warmed, and as the palate adjusted to the yeast.

12-oz bottle into Belgian ale glass
A - 3 fingers of white over a transparent body of pale yellow, clouded with suspended sediment throughout
S - orchard fruits, lemon, grass
T - lemon, orchard fruits, spice and grass from the hops
M - light body with high carbonation, dry finish
O - Not terrible; just not quite what I expected from an IPA.

355ml bottle from Beerhawk online shop (£3.39):
Very light & clear golden to straw coloured with a thumb-sized white head & some lacing on the sides. The nose is light with lager malts & some citrus with subtle grassy hops at the end but it's very much like a pale lager up to this point. The taste was very dry, sharp & closer to the brut IPA taste I was hoping for with a hint of tart & more citrus at the end but still not many hops. It's well-carbonated with a crisp, lveily feel & overall it was very dry.
