25oz bottle from the Mills River Brewery. DFH rounded pint glass. This is supposedly brewed with Earl gray tea leaves.
Lux l, lingering off white head. Copper, so faintly hazed body.
Smells of mint, bushy greens, pine, rock candy & aerosol.
Mellow fruit upfront, rindy, lightly oily & resinous. Weak carbonation. Off-dry, slightly sweet, only faintly bitter, but with a noticeable pleasant tannic character.
Okay as is. Drier would have been preferred.
