On-tap at Papago Brewing Co. in Scottsdale, AZ. Just tapped on the night I drank it, so presumably it's quite fresh.
A - Orange-amber with a fluffy, off-white head. Fades quickly.
S - Malt, some spice, slight hops.
T - Malt, spice, alcohol, typical Red Ale characteristics but kicked up a notch. The style that Papago considered this beer to be was an "American Strong Ale" so maybe this is an Imperial Red Ale?
M/D - Smooth, slight carbonation, great drinker. I enjoy Red Ales and this was a fine example.
