A deep gold body with a finely bubbled white head. A nice healthy ring throughout the drink. Notes of pome fruit/apples and maple. Taste is about the same... a light apple juice taste mingled with maple. Medium mouthfeel with somewhat high carbonation. Another winner from the Alpha Hop collection.

Picked this up at the Mills River Brewery on 11-27-21 as offering #5 of the 2021 Alpha Hop Society. Consumed bottle #1 for review 12-15-21.
Beer poured orange brown with an okay white head with the original pour.
Nose is nice with fresh maple being prominent.
Taste is really well done. A good-sized malt base takes on the maple from the barrel. Maple is co-mingled in very nicely into the base. Finishes slightly sweet but is balanced in the end.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall a nice release. Makes for a nice dessert beer!
