On tap at the brewery in NC.
White head with lace. Clear golden color.
Tripel brewed with coffee and the coffee shows a lot. Smooth, not burnt or roasted. Then the tripel notes hit, mainly in the finish with esters, bananas, spice, clove. It somehow works. Reminds me of a coffee blonde upfront with a Belgian tripel in the finish. Smooth feel. Not super boozy at 8%.
