"Brewed for Sacramento Beer Week 2011. Ingredients: Strisselspalt, Chinook, & Citra Hops; Pale, Maris Otter, Honey, Caramel & Rye Malt"
Pours clear light yellow, great looking white head, retention, and lacing.
Aroma is very light and of malt, grass, and a tiny bit of corn, meh.
Flavor is equally light and non existent and contains a little pine and grass along with malt, bread, booze, and a splash of corn (confused by this). Medium bitterness. All around kind of flavorless.
Body is as light as the flavor and aroma.

Just looked up Sacramento Beer Week 2011. Turns out that was 2 months before I tried this. Good thing it was still on tap...
