Estate grains and hops, all certified organic, are used to produce an Imperial Red Ale that is then aged in bourbon and bitters barrels for 18 months with orange peel. This combination produces a very smooth drinking beer reminiscent of an Old Fashioned cocktail.

32oz growler from a new keg - purchased 4-7-24.
1/4" beige head that falls to a ring quickly. Deep amber with a glow when held to the light, clean. No lacing.
Uncanny aroma of an Old Fashined - it's all there, booze, bitters, and orange. The bitters takes the lead out of the gates.
Cherry soaked in booze, wood, candied malt + medicinal bitters flavors.
Full bodied and semi-slick mouthfeel with medium to low carbonation. Some sweetness mid-palate but never out of control. A little lingering heat but overall well balanced and very tasty, definitely a unique brew.
Very Good.
