Another light amber and copper/caramel colored Sierra Nevada beer with over an inch of white head, lots of clarity, just super pretty and professional looking. Aroma was floral hops, c hops. Nice, but not gonna whack anyone over the head with dry hopping.
Taste was dry, clean, still plenty flowery. Mouthfeel light, allowed hops and flower petals to shine. Its on the lighter end for an ipa, but it showcases some unique stuff instead of a sledgehammer of bitterness and hops. Pretty cool.

On tap at Beer Revolution the night before the Bistro Barrel Fest. Pours looking remarkably professional, like almost all Sierra Nevada beers will. Light caramel color, great clarity, almost perfect 1.25" white head on it. Nice flowery, decently hopped beer. I'd guess Chinook and Cascade.
Good clean hop taste, more of the rose hips/petal in the mouthfeel. Malt/body light enough to allow the flowery and delicate characteristics to shine on through. Really nothing in the way of aftertaste on this one, pretty clean.
Done quite well, never had such a light flowery experience with a nice ipa. A unique creation that isn't just dump a bunch of random shit into a batch and claim we're innovaters/unique type of beer, this is unique and good, somewhat because of its minimalist approach allowing the flowery aspect to shine.

A: Served a clear golden amber with a thin off-white head that faded to a scum and collar leaving wispy lacing.
S: Fresh fruity nose, green smelling with a definite aroma of rose hips. It’s a bit crackery as well.
T: Rose hips again are prominent along with flowery hops and a bit of mint in the finish. The aftertaste is has a nice fresh green bitterness to it. As far as the rose goes, it is very integrated and well done.
M: Medium-thin body, slick and clean mouthfeel, low carbonation. Goes down smooth.
O: Fresh and unique but the rose hips definitely take some getting used to. I’m glad I got to try this, but it’s not something I could drink a lot of.

Part of Sierra Nevada’s Beer Camp series, this one’s brewed with rose hips, rose petals and possibly lavender (some reports were conflicting). Enjoyed from the tap at Tops inside a tall taster.
The color of pale peach skin, with very soft haze. One finger of frothy finish white foam sticks around for a good long while.
There's the usual IPA stuff in the nose: orange grapefruit. Then there's something I can't put my finger on — it’s floral and almost savory. Thinking it’s the rose hips. Burnt sugar backs it all up. A deep, sticky nose.
More flowers can be picked up in the flavor, which is no surprise given the florid adjuncts. It tastes almost as if whole roses were thrown in there, stems and all. Grapefruit peel and orange juice mix before a clean, crackery finish.
Moderate, prickly carbonation quickly dies down. Medium body, high bitterness. 4
