Enjoyed a 20 oz pour at the Mills River taproom on 1-23-26 for $7.
This was a typical Sierra American IPA with the Chico yeast strain with a Spruce Tip adjunct added in. This lent a piney but sweet accent to the beer. I felt it was not hoppy enough at 40 IBU.
