Had a Friends of the Family pour while visiting the Chico Taproom with Mrs. CC on 3-12-26 for $7.00.
Beer was served clear gold with a brilliant long lasting white head.
Nose was full of floral and fruity hops.
Taste was a moderate pale malt base in which the strawberries and peach shown thru subtly up front. There was a nice pine bitterness that screamed this is an IPA but did not overwhelm the beer; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall, my idea of a modern WCIPA!
