Clear dark amber colour with a small, fluffy off-white head. Fair head retention.
Sweet with some tartness. Vinous. A little bit of currant.
Sweet and sour. Like a Flanders in many ways with a clear line of acetic tartness alongside the lactic. Solid raspberry flavour. Could be more sour.
Medium body with moderate carbonation. Insufficient carbonation.
A good beer lacking a bit of oomph for me. Nice character.
