Gotta say that this was one of my favorite at KRBC. That being said, please understand that my rating was based on the beer itself, and not as a classic example of a Saison, as it was very IPA-forward. Very refreshing, good subtle Saison yeast, wonderful medium full texture, and the Lemondrop and (I believe) Mosaic was a great aroma and flavor combo. Cheers!
