Imperial Red Ale dry hopped with Summit and Simcoe. What are we calling it? You guessed it, Dirty Hippie. Packed with a whole lot of hoppy goodness and balanced with a nice malt backbone that you would expect out of an Imperial Red. Does it really smell like a dirty hippie? Come on, grab a pint and decide for yourself.

L: crisp copper body, tall light khaki head
S: malt, caramel, sweet hops, slight heat of alcohol
T: in line w nose
M: slightly thicker than I would like but to be expected w a red, malty beer
O: solid, would never expect less from kern river but not my cup of tea in terms of style. that being said I did enjoy it so I would say anyone who enjoys red/amber ales would love this one
