Packaged on 4/14/22 - consumed on 5/30/22 - poured from a tall-boy can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Lightly cloudy peach/gold/amber gradient supports a fist full of papaya whip foam. Fat, rocky lacing; superior retention.
Some lemon-lime character in the nose - not much pineapple or pine, though there is an herbal/resinous note.
Potent palate entry suffused with citrus, pine, and forest floor. Unrestrained bitterness, herbaceous with a touch of leek. Crisp, medium to medium-dry finish. Neutral yeast, faint cracker/grain notes.
Zippy, strong, well carbonated - very slightly oily.
Nose is quite subdued, but the beer is packed with flavor.

Appearance: Fairly cloudy yellow color with generous-sized white head that slowly faded. A nice-looking IPA.
Smell: Moderate fruit and pine aromas.
Taste: I get some floral hop notes and mild fruit notes in the flavor profile. The beer has a solid bitter hop backbone and finishes fairly dry as a result of the prominent bitter hop notes.
Mouth-feel: Fairly light-bodied with a fairly generous level of carbonation.
Overall: A good IPA which is definitely slanted to the old school, West Coast style of IPAs. The hop bitterness is prominent and the fruitiness is mild.
