Sampled on tap 5/04 on an unlucky Sunday
pretty clear, dark amber ale. No clue why it's listed under stout. Fizzy head dies quickly.
minimal hop aroma, definitely some sweetness
This pour must've been old or infected, because it was sour sour sour to the last drop. In its favor, though, it had enough caramel and hops to come through the sourness a little.
Light to medium body, thin.
I would try it again if it were fresh, but I don't see it getting much higher marks.

the beer pours a blackish red color its very attractive and pours a thick head that disaperas in a couple of minutes but leaves lacing till the end of your beer. It is a mixture of 7 malts and has a very smooth almost dessert like aroma. Some tastes i could pick up were coffee, chocolate and caramel. It reminded me of a "tiramisu". At the end you can also taste a very smokey finish but its a very complex tasting beer mostly because of the maltiness.
