4s across the board, need I say more?
I'll say more just because. Pours a light to golden straw color. Crystal clear with a good fluffy white foam head. The nose is very floral with some earthy grains. Taste of floral and piney hops, a good initial hop bite that is followed by the rye! That grainy gristly rye bread like back bone. There is some mild citrus to this one on the backend that I enjoyed too. Light easy mouthfeel. Overall this is well crafted. Big hops and big malts play well together on this one.

500 mL bottle poured into snifter.
Appearance: very light pale in color. Just a quarter inch of foam after pouring.
Smell: very bready with floral hop notes - some citrus, bit of passion fruit, and maybe a bit of pear.
Taste: It has a very nice clean hoppy profile followed by a pilsner taste. Hops are very earthy and herbal. Not much fruit like many other IPAs, but this flavor is awesome. Very bready toward the finish. It's just the right amount of hops without covering up the lager.
Mouthfeel: very refreshing and light bodied.
Overall: I'm very impressed by this beer. The hops were perfectly balance for this lager. I could drink this all summer. Outstanding!
