Appearance: bright yellow/orange color. Some sediment at the bottom of the glass. Very foamy that quickly came to the top of the glass when pouring.
Smell: vinous. The wine character is over the top. Hard to identify other aromas. Can't even identify the peach. Subtle malt from the beer.
Taste: in three words, it is sweet, hoppy, and vinous. It's an interesting combination. Starts sweet and then the earthy hops comes right in. Almost too aggressively and finishes bitter. The wine character is noticeable at the finish. There is some subtle barnyard character as well as fruity tartness. However the peach is hardly noticeable. Still interesting and great flavors coming into play.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied and tart.
Overall: very good beer. The peaches is not noticeable but I enjoyed it for what it offered.

Went to the release of this beer today. Pours a beautiful hazy peach/light golden color with a huge frothy head that retains for quit some time. Smell is of grapes and wine barrel and a bit of funk. Taste: first the funk, this beer uses two different brettanomyces strains. You can taste the wine like qualities from the Chardonnay barrels this beer was aged in. The peach isn't all that prevelant. They do acknowledge that is is a very light and subtle peach flavor but I'm feeling it's boarderline light to non existent and that's okay. It finishes very crisp and very very dry. It's a good beer, I almost feel like I have had it before and the more I think about it it is very similar to Elder Brett from Epic, except in color.
