Dense, rocky head. Slightly hazy orange hue. Pungent, citrusy, Centennial hop nose. Very assertive hop bitterness hits the palette first, just a hint of malt sweetness follows. Hop flavor is all citrus. The finish is dry & very bitter. Is this really a 3.2% ABW beer? Great hop profile, although malt was a bit lacking. If it weren't for those silly Utah alcohol laws this would be an outstanding IPA.
