Slightly hazy golden, bubbly appearance. Thin head. Tart, grainy notes-- smells like a wheat. Spicy and lemony Tettanger hop nose. Higher hop bitterness than the norm. Crisp mouthfeel. More fruitiness in flavor that a typical Cream, perhaps as a result of inadequate cold - conditioning. I like it better that way. There's little residual sweetness and the finish is dry and clean. It's a good thirst quencher with more ale qualities that an average Cream ale.
