This nicely built amber ale has a very bready biscuit aroma the brewer said comes from Weisserman Munich malt. The body is smooth and the hop character does not overpower the malts like many of he local ambers do. This is a great brew.

Orange / amber hue w/ a slight haze. Lots of caramel malt upfront in aroma follwed by a light floral hop nose. Sweet, toffeeish, and toasty malt flavors are balanced by a clean hop bitterness. Fruity flavors are perceptible as well. Finishes w/ a bit of sweetness. This is a decent but not outstanding amber. It's got the typical Utah draft microbrew lack of body. The overall balance leads to decent drinkability, however.
