The aroma of this well put-together ale is herbal in nature. For a 3.2 beer, the medium body is quite impressive and so is the level of malt character. A good amount of bitterness rounds off a great ale.

The creamy white head tops a hazy dark yellow hued brew. Tart but pleasant fruity esters hit the nose at first & are followed by a light Cascade hop nose. The above average hop bitteress is quite welcome; malt flavors are light are are thus overpowered. Finishes bitter and refreshing. Yet another example of a beer constrained by the crappy Utah alcohol laws... It could've been better.
