This is the one hefeweizen I have tried that tastes like a true German wheat beer. There is a good tangy aroma and a lightly tangy estery aroma. There is an additional flavor characteristic that I have tasted only in German weis beers, a smooth, round wheat flavor which for me, makes the brew authentic. Awesome.
