Pours a hazy straw yellow. Nose is of crisp apple and ripe fruit. Taste of light apple skin , sweet grasses, floral and gin barrel. Yes the gin comes through a little overpowering at first but it quickly fades as the beer warm and the herbal fruity notes take over. Good belgian yeast spice and character to it. Finishes very crisp and very dry. I enjoyed it.
