I had this beer on tap at the Bekeerde Suster in Amsterdam. Usually they have 2 beers which are brewed on the site. This blond beer is one of the regular offerings.
It pours a blond, slightly hazy beer with a greatm stable head. No visible carbonation.
Smell is hoppy, which is a little resinous and mild bitterness. There is a good maltiness , this combines with the nice hop bitterness. Yeast profile is clean.
Taste is malty with a nice European hoppiness, which is nicely balanced with the maltiness. The hops are slightly resinous and remind me of mild raw hops. The alcohol% of 6% is very well hidden and the beer is slightly sticky, but just enough to give the beer the desired body. The yeast doesn't add a lot of flavor, although I could taste a little fruit and some honey, but very subdued.
Aftertaste is lingering bitter and leave a nice hoppiness.
