A murky, yellow orange beer with small head.
Smell is phenolic with spicy orange and herbs. The wheat is noticable and a slight tartness.
Taste is grainy and spicy with the typical witbier yeast profile; phenolic and herbal. There is a mild tartness which makes the beer nice and fresh. Aftertaste is pretty dry, a bit too dry for a witbier and bitterness could be a little lower to improve drinkability.
