Served on tap at De Brabantse Aap, Amsterdam.

A - Amber brown body, with a medium-sized but enduring head

S - Orange peel & toasted hops

T - Oranges, floral hops, and apples are the first impression, with a smooth finish of butter and caramel

M - light to medium bodied, decent carbonation

O - Very nice flavour arrangement, especially on a Spring day. I wouldn't have minded a slightly fuller bodied taste, but what was there was definitely enjoyable and quite fresh tasting. Certainly wouldn't mind having it again on tap if it was offered.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light amber in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high beige head that died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface and a coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of malts and fruity esters - apples seem to stand out in particular - are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has flavors of pale malts and apples.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There are some slight hints of stickiness.
O: This beer isn't quite as malty compared to other beers in the style, but could possibly use a little more carbonation to break up the stickiness.
