Appearance:
Light amber, clear. Medium carbonation. Bright white spongy head.
Aroma:
Sweet, caramel, citrus, herbal, a little fruity.
Taste/Finish/Body:
Malt forward, caramel, bready, biscuit. Faint fruit, peaches. Hop bitterness is medium, citrus, herbal, rustic. Finish is crisp and dry. Medium-light bodied, smooth, moderate carbonation, easy drink.
Overall:
Very mellow for a typical IPA, it's not bad.
