Kick back with our spin on a classic American recipe. It's crisp, easy-drinking, and brewed with specialty wheat malts for a finish as smooth as the Lavaca County horizon. Here's to a new Texas tradition.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours straw yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of cereal grain, but not strong. Tastes of creamy cereal grain, slight banana. Beer is light bodied, very easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a slightly above average beer.

Appearance:
Golden, clear. Highly carbonated. Thick frothy head that stick around.

Aroma:
Faint aroma. I'm detecting some malty sweetness,

Taste/Finish/Body:
Sweet pale malts, cracker, biscuit, slight honey. Hop bitterness is super low. Slick finish. Medium bodied, smooth, slight cream, crisp, easy drinking.

Overall:
It's a very nice cream ale.

Look: Light amber; Smell: Malty; Taste: Mild malt taste, can't detect hops, carbonated more than average; Feel: slightly creamy but not very much; Overall: A pleasant, average tasting ale. I like some Shiner beers, like the Golden Ale and the Wicked Ram IPA. This beer is all right and easy to drink but not something I would seek out again.
