From a 350 ml can on a bullet train out of Kyoto. This very fresh can has a BB date stamp of August 2020.
Pours with a clear golden body topped with a very good white head.
The aroma is not appealing, perhaps due to the use of sake yeast, but this same yeast adds to the interest and complexity of the flavor.
Smooth medium body with a well set carbonation level.

Dull gold body, slightly hazy, minimal head.
Watery, light mouthfeel, and weak flavour. Simple grain, metallic, no depth.
This is quite bland - think Budweiser. Was drawn in by "rich and bitter taste" description but this is certainly not the case.
