Bottle sez, "Carbonated rice wine with natural flavor added". I say, at $even buck$ a bottle, thi$ i$ very expen$ive, yuzu flavored marinade. Your mileage may vary. As another Untapper said, "it tastes like soda pop, & bad soda pop at that".
