Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light prunes and with light caramel malt notes as well. Taste is not as intense as expected with light dry fruits and some caramel malt with a somewhat dry finish. Body is lighter then expected with good carbonation. Lacking character but definitely not as bad as what I tasted form this brewery recently.

The Metal Science is from the Mad Science collection brewed for L'Impact in Quebec City.
This is a Strong Brown Beer with Prune.
The pour shows good carbonation with a dense beige head, good retention. The beer is copper in colour and shows some cloudiness. I'm still looking to find some prune on the nose, it has more of a yeasty aromatic profile. The beer is thin, no prune in the mouth neither, some yeast (belgian probably), some bitterness. This beer missed the mark and need more prune caracter, or don't mention it on the label.
This beer was drink from a 500ml brown bottle bought at Lavigne for 3,99$
