I poured this from a growler I picked up last week and it did not taste as well as it did at the tasting. It poured a lifght, grassy yellow adn it had a thick, white head with fair retention. After a few swigs, it slowed to a nice lacing that stayed with the beer. The smell was a nice, sweet, pretty malty smell. Tasted pretty similar; nice and malty with a nice, sweet aftertaste that was pretty pleasant. The mouthfeel was okay, pretty standard for a nice pilsner. I'd say this beer is pretty drinkable. Has all the makings of a good pilsner: it's light, tastes good, easy to drink, not filling. All around, decent brew.

Bohemian style Pilsner, served fairly warm, unfiltered, and all Saaz hops. Light golden and super clear, with a 3/4" inch off white head. Some nice fruity esters in the nose, and a slight hops note as well. The taste starts off pretty light ont he palate, with mild breadyness and some malt, then the saaz hops round it out and assert themselves, but end up providing balance instead of domination. There's a continuation of a slight bitterness on the finish. This is very drinkable and enjoyable. It's quite refreshing despite being so full bodied.
