I found my notes from when I had this.
A: The beer poured a red/amber body with no head and slight lacing. Tried multiple times, with different types of pours and got the same result consistently.
S: A nice, malty, fruity smell that was very pleasant.
T: A fruity, malty taste that was excellent. Provided a good balance that I would have had no problem drinking if not for the nature of the beer.
M: A solid, full-bodied brew with decent carbonation.
D: Pretty drinkable beer. Its sweet, malty taste makes it a beer that you feel like you can just drink all day. Unfortuantely, since it is a bock, you start to fill up, making it harder to drink more.

Had this on cask at the new and improved Blind Tiger ale house. Welcome back boys. Poured out a dark opaque brown with no head and no carbonation. Nose was slightly woody, good slightly toasted, slightly smokey malt. Taste had some alcohol to it, but mostly it was good dark malting, again slightly woody, slightly toasted, a hint of smoke. Had a fairly light body, no carbonation, and a clean finish. Very very dirnkable.
