Listed as a golden ale but reads like an adjunct lager on the palate. The high carbonation makes the flavors sing but I just can't.

Had on draft at the bar in an ale glass
A: clear dark orange, little carbonation, strong head disappears quickly, but nice lacing drapes the glass
S: sweet apple, malt
T: healty lager, rounded spicing typical of a Vienna lager; spiced nicely, modest on the hops
M: watery and unlively; perhaps a bum keg
This is a fine lager (mouthbuzz aside), with rich complexity.
