Copenhagen 13/4 2015. 33 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Malmø. A lot of organic declarations on the label about green energy and how it should be served with organic food.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a big white and quite persistent head. Substantial lacing.
Fresh and fruity aroma of peach and pineapple. Citric notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is not as sweet as indicated by the smell. Flavor is bitter with a dry finish and not a particulary long aftertaste.
Fine American style Ale - with a very Swedish packaging.

I will load a photo of the can ... once I figure out the protocols.
Like an American tendency, it is interesting that Swedish craft brewers have started saying cans are more sustainable. (I still want to see the evidence... although I accept the statement that sustainability is good.)
What Sigtuna has not followed is the American trend to pile in the hops. Sigutuna organic ale is mellow; not too many hops and I could taste the malt. Besides Sigtuna making balance, it made pretty amber, too.
