(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a thin straw yellow crystal clear body that has a strong carbonation of big bubbles sticking to the glass and racing to the surface. There was a thin white head that lasted for a good while.
S- The smell of pale malt had a fresh raw grain note to it with a hint of corn. There is a dry sulfur note to it but it is pretty fragrant for this light a beer.
T- The taste of pale malt was pretty strong with a dry honey malt flavor. The green hop finish has a hint of noble flavor with a bit more depth followed by a big bitter bite in the finish. As it warms there is a raw field corn note mixed in with the malt flavors.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a dry finish. The carbonation adds most of the mouthfeel.
D- This beer has a pretty good flavor with some depth to the malt and a bit of nice hop flavor. It is very light but is interesting.
