(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has an amber brown crystal clear body with a sticky snow white foam that is thin and fades to a thick ring and a few patches.
S-The smell of pungent green hops doesn't have much other depth but big and pungent. A note of grapefruit bitterness comes through when it warms. There is a faint note of pale malt buried under the hops.
T- The taste of green pungent hops has a big bite to it with notes of grapefruit and pineapple hints that come through as it warms. The first few sips tasted like they had a bubble gum yeasty note and that flavor got stronger as the beer warmed.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight slippery texture to it.
D- This beer has a big bitterness with not much depth and the only contrasting flavor was the odd bubblegum flavor.
