(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a golden yellow body that is crystal clear with a snow white head of thick foam. The head fades to a thin film after a bit but last for a good while. There is a good carbonation of tiny bubbles that rise to the surface at a good tempo.
S- This beer has soft fresh malt aroma that is pretty light with a soft green hop hint that goes through when it warms. The beer has some dry malt notes that are just a bit more toasted than pale malt.
T- This beer has a soft pale malt flavor with a light toasted Munich malt note in the background. There is a smooth hop bitterness in the finish that becomes a bit punchy when it warms.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
D- The bartender referred to this beer as "our version of Sam Adams" but I don't like it as much as Sam Adams. The hops are a bit to punchy and the malt is to soft a flavor but it goes down smooth.
