(Served in a chalice)
A- This beer has the big dramatic nitro pour that settles to a jet black body with a thick rocky dark tan head that last and last.
S- This beer has a soft black roasted malt aroma with a note of dark roasted malt that is pretty light. There is an alcohol smell that comes through when it is warm.
T- The soft taste of black malt is overpowered by a chocolate malt and coco nibs note. The taste of milk chocolate comes through more and more as it warms with an odd flavor. There is a big alcohol taste in the finish.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a big alcohol heat in the finish. The alcohol is not really a strong fusel note just a big alcohol heat.
D- This beer has a big alcohol but not a big flavor. I don't even think age could help this beer mellow the alcohol because there would be no flavor left.
