Pours a great deep off-brown color with nice initial head and a bit of decent lacing. Very nice scent, quite complex; good wheat-straw undertone with a nice crispness, along with a funky spicy aroma from the Belgian yeast used. Excellent flavor, with a very good deep wheat malt underneath giving it a nice farm feel, along with interesting batch of other malts; nice and spicy, with small hints of pepper, but a very clean finish. Went down thick, but well.
