Appearance: a orangish honey color. very hazy and completely opaque. small off white head that fades and leaves a bit of a lacing.
Smell: very floral. lots of hops. citrus, herbal, but dominated by flora. can't detect a big malt background. also bitterness seems fairly low.
Taste: floral hops, juicy citrus hops, both underlain by herbal notes. a slight bready/pale malt backbone but not really a factor in the taste. bitterness kicks it up a notch and is packing a punch
Mouthfeel: medium to light body. medium to high hop bitterness with some lingering.
Overall: great beer. Arbor brewing (with the exception of Sacred Cow which is undrinkable) makes some of the best IPA's out there. Great beer with a more unconventional ipa hop profile that is delicious and packs a bitter punch.
