Gorgeous eruption of foam from the Champagne bottle ran onto the sidewalk. The color was sunny golden orange. Flavors of lime-drenched bananas and malic acid were offset by dredged, overextracted raw oak chips. Very tart and medicinal flavors gathered in the middle.
Practically undrinkable by itself, once the garlic fries and mayonaisse arrived I found it tolerable.
